2026年10月16日，日本财务省发布公告，应日本二氧化钛工业协会（日本酸化チタン工業会）于2026年8月7日提交的申请，对原产于中国的金红石型二氧化钛颜料及制剂（日语：二酸化チタンルチル型をもととした顔料及び調製品）启动反倾销调查。本案倾销调查期为2025年4月1日至2026年3月31日，损害调查期为2023年4月1日至2026年3月31日。涉案产品的日本税号为3206.11。
