人民财讯10月16日电，嘉立创(001232)10月16日公告，公司正在筹划发行境外上市股份（H股）并申请在香港联合交易所有限公司主板挂牌上市。嘉立创同日公告，前三季度预计实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润16.79亿元—20.52亿元，同比增长78.76%—118.48%。
