【摩根士丹利：拟发行挂钩小米集团的可赎回牛证】 摩根士丹利公告称，发行人Morgan Stanley Asia Products Limited拟发行1.10亿份挂钩小米集团普通股的单一股份可赎回R类牛证，证券代码69218，由摩根士丹利提供无条件不可撤回担保。该牛证每份发行价0.058港元，每手买卖单位10000份，观察起始日为2026年10月21日，到期日为2027年5月28日，已申请于港交所上市，采用递式现金结算。
