东睦股份10月16日公告，公司拟以自有资金回购注销2名不符合解除限售条件的激励对象已获授但尚未解锁的限制性股票，拟回购股票总数量为180,000股，回购价格为11.50元/股，预计回购总金额为2,070,000.00元本次回购注销完成后，公司总股本将由688,508,522股减少至688,328,522股。
