10月16日，根据重庆证监局发布公告，因公司存在非市场化发行公司债券的行为，奉节县三峡库区生态产业发展有限公司及百盐投资时任时任董事长谭顶国收警示函。
经查，因2021年奉节生态由重庆百盐投资（集团）有限公司管理，遂谭顶国对上述行为负主要责任。
