10月16日，英华特（301272.SZ）公告称，公司持股5%以上股东、董事朱际翔于2026年10月13日至10月15日期间，通过集中竞价和大宗交易方式累计减持公司股份79万股，占公司总股本比例1.35%，占剔除回购专用账户股份后总股本比例1.36%。本次权益变动后，朱际翔持有公司股份504.96万股，占公司总股本比例由10.00%降至8.65%，权益变动触及1%整数倍。本次减持符合此前披露的减持计划，目前该减持计划尚未实施完毕。
