10月16日，哈空调（600202.SH）公告称，公司控股股东哈尔滨工业投资集团有限公司及其全资子公司哈尔滨电碳厂有限责任公司为一致行动人。2026年6月29日至2026年10月16日，哈尔滨电碳厂有限责任公司通过集中竞价方式增持公司股份371.98万股，占公司总股本的0.97%，增持金额1689.15万元。本次权益变动后，二者合计持有公司股份比例达35.00%。目前增持计划尚未完成，信息披露义务人将继续推进增持。
