10月16日，利德曼（300289）发布公告，公司副总裁、董事会秘书张丽华因个人原因辞职，辞职后将不再担任公司及子公司任何职务。
在张丽华辞职后，公司董事长尧子代为履行董事会秘书职责，直到新董事会秘书的聘任完成。
2026年中期，利德曼实现收入1.52亿元，归母净利润-711万元。
