10月16日，海航科技（600751.SH）公告称，公司拟使用9000万元-18000万元自有资金或金融机构回购专项借款，以集中竞价方式回购A股股份用于员工持股计划或股权激励，回购期限为2026年6月15日至2027年6月14日，回购价格上限因2025年度权益分派调整为不超过5.272元/股。截至目前，公司累计已回购股份2060.11万股，占总股本比例0.71%，累计回购金额6089.20万元，实际回购价格区间为2.71元/股-3.32元/股。
