整个就读阶段，杨先生人始终在国内，课程、考试、论文答辩全部交由中介代办。顺利拿到乌克兰院校硕士毕业证，可这份学历至今无法通过国内官方认证，相当于拿到了一张无法使用的文凭。（浙江电视台-小强热线浙江教科）
