10月16日，阳谷华泰（300121.SZ）公告，公司原实际控制人为王传华。王传华与其一致行动人王文博于2026年10月16日签署《一致行动协议》，约定共同控制公司，王文博成为共同实际控制人。协议签署后，公司实际控制人为王传华、王文博，控股股东仍为王传华；王传华、王文博及其一致行动人尹月荣、王文一合计持有公司1.48亿股，占总股本的33.15%。
