改装车“炸街”扰民，违法成本大幅提高了。近日，上海市公安交管部门查处一起机动车非法改装、夜间“炸街”扰民案件，依据8月15日起实施的《中华人民共和国生态环境法典》，对当事人作出罚款2000元、暂扣驾驶证6个月的处罚。
