10月16日，诺德股份（600110.SH）公告，公司此前披露拟将持有的江苏联鑫30%的股权以7500万元转让给江苏吉岛。截至公告日，公司已收到股权转让价款共人民币7500万元，本次交易已完成交割；近日，江苏联鑫已完成工商变更登记，公司不再持有江苏联鑫股份。
