10月16日，据财闻海外资讯，受中东战争长期化影响，国际油价再度走高，韩国下月国际机票征收的燃油附加费将上调。以11月出票为准，国际航线燃油附加费将适用27档，较本月23档上调4档。
11月核算基准为9月16日～10月15日新加坡航空煤油均价（MOPS），每桶173.89美元，较上一统计周期每桶158.57美元上涨9.7%。该附加费已连续3个月上行。
