当地时间10月12日，全球图片及视觉内容供应商Getty Images（盖蒂图片社）宣布达成全面重组协议，计划数周内启动美国破产法第11章预打包重整程序，年底前完成重组及私有化退市。在中国市场，Getty Images的内容只能通过一家公司合法获得授权，这家公司是视觉中国（000681.SZ）。双方自2005年起建立独家合作，迄今超过二十年。10月15日，视觉中国方面表示，目前公司与Getty Images的相关业务合作正常，没有任何变化。（21财经）
