【财华社讯】霭华押业信贷(01319.HK)公布，预期截至2026年8月31日止六个月股东应占溢利较2025年同期约3,840万港元增长30%至50%。增长主要归因于期间应收贷款的减值亏损回拨，因一般住宅楼价在2026年上半年有少幅度回升。而去年同期则进行了应收贷款减值亏损拨备。
