10月15日下午5点半左右，湖南省民俗摄影协会副主席、省公安厅关心下一代协会委员胡立强路过大同崇文小学时，大雨倾天下，而长沙公安民辅警冒着大雨指挥交通，以保证学生们安全过马路返家。
于是，胡立强用手机实时抓拍了一组（风雨无阻护校园）的现场图，很真实，也感人。
