10月16日，江西金融监管局网站发布批复，同意江西江投资本有限公司受让澳门国际银行股份有限公司持有的江西银行134,602,500股股份。受让后，江西江投资本有限公司合计持有江西银行314,602,500股股份，持股比例为5.22%。同日，江西金融监管局核准钱正江西银行首席合规官的任职资格。
