10月16日，中信建投研报指出，美伊会谈重启叠加IEA加速释放储备，WTI原油价格震荡下行。美伊经调解方就重开霍尔木兹海峡提议重启磋商，IEA已释放约3.25亿桶石油，供应紧张预期缓解。截至10月7日WTI结算价报88.28美元/桶，较9月15日高点回落16.58%，地缘影响持续，油价或维持区间波动。
