赖斯将接替已在Netflix任职近十年、即将卸任的贝拉·巴贾里亚（Bela Bajaria）。
根据安排，赖斯将于当地时间10月26日起负责Netflix的内容战略，涵盖全球各地区的剧集、电影及现场活动。
