10月15日，华海药业（600521.SH）公告称，公司控股子公司上海华奥泰生物药业股份有限公司拟实施增资扩股并引入长三角基金等外部投资人，合计投资不超过3.5亿元，预计取得增资后股权比例不超过5.9829%。本次增资完成后，公司持有华奥泰股份比例不低于81.8643%，华奥泰仍为公司合并报表范围内子公司。本次交易定价以华奥泰投前估值55亿元为基础，每1元注册资本增资价格约10.9375元。
