今年第30号台风“蔷琵”（热带风暴级；英文名称：CHAMPI）已于今天（15日）下午在西北太平洋洋面生成。14时其中心位于关岛东偏南方向约1560公里的洋面上，就是北纬10.5度、东经158.8度，中心附近最大风力有8级（18米/秒），中心最低气压为998百帕，七级风圈半径为150-280公里。
中央气象台预计，“蔷琵”将以每小时20-25公里的速度向西偏北方向移动，强度逐渐增强。
