人民财讯10月15日电，*ST春兴(002547)10月15日公告，近期，公司分别与产业投资人及其产业资源和资金输出主体、财务投资人签署了《重整投资协议》。其中，产业投资人受让公司转增股票的价格为1.23元/股，财务投资人受让公司转增股票的价格为1.28元/股。
