10月15日，双环科技（000707）发布公告，公司于今日召开2026年第四次临时股东会，选举王华军为独立董事，选举彭威为非独立董事，原独立董事马传刚的辞职于同日生效，其不再担任公司任何职务。
同时，公司召开第十一届董事会第二十四次会议，同意聘任陈刚应为公司总工程师。
2026年中期，双环科技实现收入9.87亿元，归母净利润-7464万元。
