每经AI快讯，10月15日，新易盛(300502.SZ)公告称，公司收到控股股东、实际控制人、董事长高光荣提议，拟以自有或自筹资金通过集中竞价方式回购公司A股股份，回购资金总额不低于8亿元且不超过10亿元，回购股份将用于股权激励或员工持股计划。回购价格不高于董事会审议通过回购方案前30个交易日股票交易均价的150%，回购期限为董事会审议通过之日起12个月内。
