10月14日，北京19号线地铁上，一名外国小朋友冲上地铁后才发现爸妈没有跟上，急得哇哇大哭。
此时，一名男乘客上去拥抱安抚他，另一名女乘客则递给他面巾纸擦眼泪，随后小朋友在下一站下车去寻找站台工作人员帮忙。
