【创科实业：10月15日回购8.8万股股份并注销14.9万股】 创科实业公告称，2026年10月15日公司于港交所回购8.8万股普通股，回购价格区间为每股126.7港元-129.6港元，支付总金额1126.23万港元，所购股份拟注销。同日，公司完成注销2026年9月30日、10月2日回购的合计14.9万股股份。截至2026年10月15日，公司已发行股份总数为18.26亿股，累计通过回购授权购回股份549.95万股，占回购授权通过日已发行股份的0.301%。
