10月15日，卡莱特（301391）发布公告，实际控制人、董事长周锦志提议公司以自有资金通过集中竞价交易方式回购部分人民币普通股（A股），回购金额不低于5000万元，且不超过1亿元，回购期限为自董事会审议通过方案之日起12个月内。
2026年中期，卡莱特实现收入3.17亿元，归母净利润1254万元。
