【摩根大通：拟发行5只挂钩港股的可赎回牛熊证】 J.P. Morgan Structured Products B.V.公告称，拟发行5只欧式现金结算R类单一股份可赎回牛熊证，由摩根大通银行无条件不可撤回担保，将申请于联交所上市。5只产品分别挂钩小米集团、美团、阿里巴巴、长飞光纤光缆、腾讯控股，其中4只为牛证、1只为熊证，发行额合计4.8亿份，上市日期为2026年10月20日，到期日分布在2027年5月至2028年12月期间。牛熊证具备强制赎回机制，最高损失或为全部投资金额加交易成本，投资者需审慎评估风险。
