中天科技公告称，公司第六期集中竞价回购股份方案实施期限为2026年3月31日至2027年3月30日，预计回购金额2.00亿元-4.00亿元，回购股份用于员工持股计划或股权激励，因2025年度权益分派实施，回购价格上限调整为不超过39.74元/股。截至2026年10月15日，公司累计回购股份312.61万股，占总股本比例0.0916%，累计回购金额9157.03万元，回购价格区间为26.75元/股-34.65元/股。
