10月15日，创业环保（600874/01065）发布公告，公司向河北国津天创提供4230万元借款，期限为3年，借款将全额用于补充营运资金。
河北国津天创为公司的非全资附属公司，公司的最终控股公司天津城投持有河北国控40%股权，而河北国控持有河北国津天创30%股权，因此本次交易构成关联交易。
2026年中期，创业环保实现收入22.49亿元，归母净利润4.88亿元。
