中国航空新闻网讯：据外媒10月8日报道，英国低成本航空公司EasyJet首席执行官肯顿·贾维斯（Kenton Jarvis）表示，美国另类资产管理机构阿波罗全球管理以57亿英镑（约75亿美元）收购EasyJet的交易，“有望在明年初”完成。
据报道，贾维斯在布鲁塞尔“欧洲航空协会”活动期间接受采访时表示，“在股东意见方面没有重大障碍，监管方面仍有待观察”。报道称，详述交易的正式文件计划于近期公布。
