格隆汇10月15日丨重庆建工(600939.SH)公布，公司拟吸收合并全资子公司蚌埠渝建建设工程有限公司（以下简称“蚌埠渝建”）。本次吸收合并完成后，蚌埠渝建依法注销，其全部资产、债权债务、业务及其他一切权利和义务均由公司依法承继。
