10月15日，信诺维（688837.SH）公告，公司为开展闲置募集资金现金管理业务，于兴业银行（601166.SH）开立募集资金现金管理产品专用结算账户，该账户专门用于闲置募集资金购买现金管理产品结算。此前公司董事会同意使用不超8.5亿元暂时闲置募集资金购买现金管理产品，期限12个月，资金可循环滚动使用；本次开户不改变募集资金投向，有利于提升闲置资金使用效率，增加投资收益。
