宣泰医药10月15日公告，此前股东Finer Pharma Inc.拟将其持有的20万股公司股份捐赠给辽宁省沈阳药科大学教育基金会，用于支持沈阳药科大学的教育发展建设。近日，Finer与辽宁省沈阳药科大学教育基金会通过非交易过户的方式完成了20万股公司股份的过户登记手续，并于2026年10月15日收到中国证券登记结算有限责任公司出具的《证券过户登记确认书》。
