10月13日，越南工贸部发布第2652/QD-BCT号公告，对原产于中国、印度、印度尼西亚、马来西亚的聚酯长丝纱线作出反倾销日落复审肯定性终裁，决定继续对涉案产品征收反倾销税，具体如下：中国涉案产品税率为3.36%—17.45%、印度税率为54.90%、印度尼西亚税率为21.94%、马来西亚税率为21.45%。措施自2026年10月16日起生效，有效期为五年。
