【马斯克旗下Terafab项目或在明年年中迎来首台EUV光刻设备】财联社10月15日电，消息人士透露，马斯克芯片项目Terafab可能在明年年中迎来其首台EUV光刻设备。研究机构SemiAnalysis此前预计Terafab建筑将在15个月内竣工，并需要六个月的时间来安装设备和生产设施。Terafab最初的芯片预计仍将使用传统芯片设备，以配合英特尔的14A工艺。
