格隆汇10月15日｜ServiceNow否认有关其有意收购Decagon的报道。公司总裁、首席产品官兼首席运营官Amit Zavery表示：“我们注意到市场上流传着有关本公司收购策略的不实信息。在此明确声明，ServiceNow对收购Decagon毫无兴趣，亦无此意图”。他指出，ServiceNow在并购方面的策略一如既往，以有机增长为优先。他表示，并购活动是用于加速公司发展路线图或进入新市场的工具，而非取代自身创新能力的手段。
