据一份公司公告显示，亿万富翁穆克什·安巴尼（Mukesh Ambani）旗下信实工业（Reliance Industries）的数字业务部门 Jio Platforms 周三设定了每股 1065 至 1119 印度卢比（约合 11.19 至 11.76 美元）的发行价格区间。
按发行价区间上限计算，Jio此次IPO融资规模约为3020亿卢比（约合31亿美元）。若顺利完成，将超过现代汽车印度公司2024年10月创下的2780亿卢比纪录，成为印度史上募资规模最大的IPO。
