10月14日,太古地产宣布，公司旗下首个度假型零售项目正式命名为“三亚中免太古里”（CDF Taikoo Li Sanya）。项目位于三亚海棠湾国家海岸中心地带，总占地面积约21万平方米。项目计划自今年起分阶段向公众开放。
