10月14日，宇信科技（300674.SZ）公告称，因原实际控制人洪卫东逝世，经遗产继承及夫妻共同财产分割，公司实际控制人变更为吴红，洪楷林为其一致行动人，控股股东仍为宇琴鸿泰。本次权益变动不触及要约收购，尚需办理相关过户手续，不会对公司产生重大不利影响。
