10月14日，美迪西（688202）发布公告，公司拟将“用途待定募集资金”中的4990万元及截至9月30日的孳息5625万元用于全资子公司上海普垣医药科技有限公司的“制剂CMO车间建设项目”。新项目预计建设周期为24个月，计划于2028年11月全面投产并产生收益。
2026年中期，美迪西实现收入7.61亿元，归母净利润5160万元。
