10月14日，雅克科技（002409.SZ）公告称，公司拟与招银金投、中信证投、宜兴国金等投资人共同对全资子公司江苏雅睿增资，增资金额不超过17.89亿元，其中公司增资不超过4.39亿元。增资后公司仍为第一大股东并保持控制权。江苏雅睿以面向先进制程及先进封装的金属前驱体材料、半导体光刻胶为核心业务。
