10月14日，金种子酒（600199.SH）公告称，公司“营销体系建设项目”已结项，对应节余募集资金合计5661.75万元（含理财收益及利息收入）已全部转入自有资金账户，永久补充流动资金。截至公告披露日，公司已办理完毕该项目对应的中国工商银行阜阳汇通支行募集资金专户的销户手续，相关募集资金监管协议随之终止。
