10月14日，中科海讯（300810）发布公告，公司召开职工代表大会，选举付怀洁担任职工代表董事，任期至第四届董事会届满之日止。
付怀洁，1989年出生，2016年3月至2026年4月，付怀洁先后担任公司项目经理、内控审计部经理、价格办主任；2026年5月至今，付怀洁任公司财务部副经理。
2026年中期，中科海讯实现收入1.05亿元，归母净利润-4492万元。
