格隆汇10月14日丨中国石油化工股份(00386.HK)宣布，公司黄文生已退任公司公司秘书及香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条项下公司的授权代表("授权代表")，仍担任公司副总裁。张征获委任为公司秘书及授权代表，张征符合上市规则第3.28条有关担任公司秘书的资格。上述事宜均自2026年10月14日起生效。
