新京报贝壳财经讯 10月13日，香江控股公告称，公司全资子公司香江云瀚与关联方诚雅泰签订《算力技术服务合同》，诚雅泰委托香江云瀚为其IT设备提供全周期配套高阶技术服务，预计合同总金额1.58亿元，服务期限5年。本次事项已获公司董事会审议通过，无需提交股东会审议。
