10月13日，在临潼区交口街道新民村，一车车秸秆从田间地头运送至指定地点进行资源化处置。
据了解，今年“三秋”期间，新民村推出了秸秆收集积分制，以“秸秆换积分、积分兑好物”的形式，激发村民参与秸秆回收的积极性和主动性，让秸秆“变废为宝”，实现生态效益与群众利益的双赢。
