10月13日，兴欣新材（001358）发布公告，参股公司欣诺环境（浙江）有限公司拟增资4000万元，引进新投资者。
公司决定以自有资金增资1000万元，并放弃部分优先认购权。增资后，欣诺环境注册资本由2000万元增至6000万元，公司持股比例由30.75%降至26.92%。
此次交易构成关联交易，因公司董事吕安春和鲁国富在过去12个月内曾任欣诺环境董事。
2026年中期，兴欣新材实现收入2.33亿元，归母净利润3780万元。
