10月13日，川投能源（600674）发布公告，曾志伟由于工作原因，辞去公司第十二届董事会董事职务，之后不在公司继续任职。
同时，公司召开第十二届五次董事会审议，拟增补李涛为公司十二届董事会董事候选人。
2026年中期，川投能源实现收入6.80亿元，归母净利润23.30亿元。
